
Customer Service Representative
Z Foods has an immediate opening for a qualified customer service representative as we expand our internal customer service department. Position will interact directly with customers over the phone and in person to process orders, respond to inquiries, and requests about products and services. Position also handles new customer verifications, sample requests, any issues relating to customer complaints. Keeps complete records of customer interactions and transactions while recording the details of actions taken. Strong internal and external communication skills are key with solid interpersonal skills. Qualified candidates must have a High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent, direct prior customer service experience, strong computer skills, and a demonstrated ability to completely understand our full line of products in detail.
